Data methodology

GovVendorFinder collects and organizes public government procurement information and vendor-supplied business content. Government-derived fields are labeled with their source and refresh date. Vendor-supplied fields are labeled separately. Calculated metrics are based on the public records available to the platform and may not represent complete company revenue, performance, eligibility, responsibility, or current status.

Federal procurement data may be delayed, corrected, redacted, aggregated, or unavailable. Award obligations can include positive and negative transactions and should not be interpreted as revenue without additional analysis.

Users should verify current entity registration, certifications, exclusions, opportunities, and award information through official government systems before making procurement, legal, financial, or business decisions.
